Ibiza Store allows you to return or change your purchase within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order. 

You have 48 hours from the reception of the order to check that it is in perfect condition. If not, inform us immediately of any kind of problem to incidencias@ibizastore.es. 

Right of return 

To change or return an article, you must notify us of your decision to email incidencias@ibizastore.es. We will confirm the receipt of this withdrawal and must send the order in perfect condition, with the packing, labelling and security seal intact and original to our store in Barcelona, to the following address: Ibiza Store c/Del Pí, 9 - Barcelona - 08002. 

You need to specify in the package that it is a return or change, including proof of purchase, your name, address and phone number. The cost of shipping will be charged and the item must be properly packaged and protected. 

Ibiza Store is not responsible for straying and it will be your responsibility to ensure that it arrives at our store in perfect condition. 

We will return all payments received, without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the product and have submitted it to careful inspection. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same payment method that you have used for the initial transaction. 



We inform you that every item in our online store is delivered with a security seal, you agree that in the event that the security seal is not intact, you will assume the use of the article on your part and, consequently, you may not exercise your right to Withdrawal. Products that have been used, damaged or broken by negligence shall not be accepted. 

Ibiza Store only allows changes for items of equal or greater amount, paying the difference in this second case. 

Due to the artisan process carried out with each of our pieces it is possible that some of the colors or shapes of the articles vary slightly in relation to the images shown in our web. 

If you want to cancel the order, if the request has already entered the preparation process for your submission, this option will not be available. However, you can contact us at incidencias@ibizastore.com as soon as possible and you will receive an e-mail confirming if the cancellation has been made. Orders already sent may not be cancelled.

Defective Product return

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the stipulations of the contract, you must contact us immediately..... The product can be returned by sending it to the address listed above. 

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and communicate it by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement is made (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the article shall be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item proceeds. 

The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of a defect, where it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including the reimbursement costs.
